Chris Cowperthwaite

Chris joined ACI as CTO (Fractional) in 2026, leading technology strategy across the organization—from the new website launch to systems, security, and digital infrastructure. As Founder and Principal of Groundforce Digital, Chris has helped social impact organizations navigate digital transformation since 2013. From 2022–24, he served as Director and Product Lead of Fineline at OCAD University, helping to advance the careers and businesses of more than four hundred artists and designers. Chris holds an MBA from Schulich and a BSc (Honours) and Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo. In 2025, he completed Wharton’s AI for Business Specialization.
