Nicole Bruce

Nicole Bruce is Chief of Staff and Director of Advancement Services at the Art Canada Institute, where she oversees the systems and operations supporting development, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships. A member of the leadership team, she plays a key role in fostering team alignment and collaboration, supporting staff across functions to ensure the seamless execution of advancement and organization-wide initiatives. With over fifteen years of experience as a business development leader in healthcare, financial services, and fine arts, she brings deep expertise in international marketing and sales leadership. Nicole holds a BA from McGill University.
