Stephanie Bergman

Stephanie Bergman (she/ her) is the Fractional Head of HR at the Art Canada Institute and comes from the HR consultant firm Bright + Early. She has over fifteen years of experience building modernized HR programs, serving as a leadership coach, and championing inclusion across organizations large and small. With an eclectic background across non-profit management, grant writing, corporate partnership, human resources, and decolonial practice, Stephanie brings it all together to support people-first organizations achieve their goals. As a proud member of the Métis Nation of Ontario and her local council, Stephanie is deeply involved in community and is also an avid backcountry adventurer.
